Our team will provide you with a weekly meal plan. This meal plan will include specific macros, calorie counts, and recipes that will help you fuel your body throughout your work out program. 

RED LIGHT THERAPY

METABOLIC PROGRAM

The FLOW METABOLIC TEST gives you the most comprehensive and insightful health assessment allowing you to develop a personalized nutrition and workout plan, in just 30 minutes. • RESTING METABOLIC RATE (“RMR”) TEST: This test takes approximately 11minutes and is crucial in understanding your current metabolic rate as well as quantitative figures such as required calorie consumption, calories burned while inactive, and energy mix (fats vs. carbs) on energy expended while inactive. • SUBMAX AND/OR VO2 MAX (“VO2”) TEST: This test takes approximately 11 minutes and is critical in assessing your level of fitness.  We will understand your energy mix (fats vs. carbs) expended while working out, as well as your avg. energy expenditure per minute working out (kcals per minute).
